Refund Policy

1- We guarantee that the book will arrive free of defects (tears, stains, errors in printing the pages). If a defect is found, the customer has the right to replace it within 3 days from the day he receives the books from the shipping company, and he is not entitled to an exchange or refund after this period.

2- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to that product after the seven days have passed.

3- To return the product, it is required that the product be in new condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before refunding its value to ensure its safety.

4- The consumer bears all the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears all the costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

5- The consumer does not have the right to return if the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, Qur’ans, or other things considered literature.
